all pieces are handmade in small batches. because of this there can be slight variations to the size and shape of the same form. there are slight variations to the glazed surface and no two pieces are completely identical.
ship
shipping for pieces purchased from the shop is limited to canada and the united states. if you live in another region, please email an inquiry to ceramics_by_patrick@hotmail.com, and shipping to your country can be arranged.
all orders require 2-3 days of processing time for items to be packed and prepared for shipping. please double check when inputting your mailing address. as the purchaser, your are responsible for providing the correct mailing address. if a package is undeliverable by canada post because of an incomplete mailing address, your purchase will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund minus the cost of shipping and return to sender fee. orders are shipped with canada post as an expedited parcel. shipping within canada takes 1-7 business days. shipping to the united states 4-10 business days. pottery pieces can be bulky and heavy. From my experience this is the most economical shipping option.
damage
much care and effort is put into packaging pieces for shipping to ensure that your purchase arrives to you safely. if for whatever reason your order is damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the package and item[s] and email them to ceramics_by_patrick@hotmail.com. a replacement will be shipped. if the piece is in stock it will be shipped immediately. if the piece is out of stock, a replacement will be mailed as so as it is available. this may take 2-4 weeks.
return
for whatever reason, if you are not satisfied with your piece, pack it up and mail it back. once i receive it, if it is undamaged, i will issue you a refund for the piece and the cost of shipping it back. i take a lot of pride in making my work and i want everyone to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
